HELLO FRIENDS: MY FIRST BLOG

MOULTRIE DIGITAL GAME CAMERA

What’s Up Friend?

Hello Friends, I would like to welcome everyone to my site. My site, COUNTRY LIVING is about ANIMALS, COUNTRY LIVING AND MORE.

I started my own site because I like to take pictures and I thought it would be fun to start my own blog. I’ve even gone as far as to write a short story about 2 of my cats. I’ve been thinking about writing another one. Maybe now I’ll blog instead. I will probably post about crafts, family, holidays and vacations too. Β Also, I will post about living in the country and post other posts. That story about my cats is called Tigger And Daisy Mae. Β I find writing a post or blogging relaxing. It seems that when I start writing, I just can’t stop. Β With my cat story, it easily could have been a lot longer. I just hope everyone feels free to share my posts and blogs. The above picture is of a squirrel looking into the MOULTRIECAM. This picture was taken right behind our house on a small campsite. Below are some pictures that also come from the MOULTRIECAM and I hope you enjoy all pictures.

Today is the 16th day ofΒ BlogmasΒ and honestly I was having writers block until I read my devotions this Morning. I thought how neat and interesting it would be if I wrote on the uniqueness of snowflakes. With winter here and some of got 5 to 7 inches of snow it’s interesting to just watch the snowflakes. So I decided to do Day 16 on Snowflakes(The Legend Of The Snowflake).

As people we are unique ourselves. None of us is alike and we all have different passions, different likes and different dislikes. Also, some of us like cats for pets, some like dogs for pets, some like like both cats and dogs and some like snakes. Yes I said snakes. Now that you know how unique we are let’s go onto snowflakes.

Snowflakes are unique too only in different ways. In fact there is not one snowflake that is alike. Even though some snowflakes are extra small, some snowflakes are small, some snowflakes are medium size and some snowflakes are big but all snowflakes are unique no matter what size they are. All snowflakes even taste differentΒ  But despite that we are taught snowflakes are unique the question remains are they really? I did some research on this question and found someΒ Links For The Uniqueness Of Snowflakes.Β  I found it interesting and hope you do too.

I’ve added some of my own pictures as well of some images from the internet. ENJOY.

Merry Blogmas Everyone: Day 15 – Should You Write Christmas Or Xmas?

img_2203

INTRODUCTION:

Should You Write Christmas Or Xmas?Β Interesting question.Β Everyone has their own personal opinion about this question and I have mine. My opinion is that Christmas should be written out because when you write Xmas it’s like you’re getting rid of the main part of Christmas. Don’t get me wrong because I’m not going to tell you what you should do in fact that’s entirely up to you. It’s a choice you must make.

WHY YOU SHOULD WRITE OUT CHRISTMAS:

I’m sure there are a lot of people out don’t like to write out Christmas for whatever reason. Christmas should be written out of respect. Why? That’s simple. One night long ago a baby was born to the virgin Mary and that baby that was born was our savior.

WHY YOU SHOULD WRITE XMAS INSTEAD OF CHRISTMAS:

Honestly, I can’t think of a reason why anyone would write Christmas Xmas. It’s like you’re Xing out the real reason for Christmas.

CONCLUSION:

In conclusion, for those of you who don’t agree with me all I can say is I’m sorry you don’t but it’s a choice everyone must make in our lifetime.Β  Every choice has consequences whether they’re good or bad. I will always write Christmas out even if takes just a little more space and time. Christmas is that time of the year we should celebrate Jesus’ birthday.

Remember Christmas isn’t about the presents you get it’s about the gift we got one night long ago when a baby boy was born to the virgin Mary. One of the sayings I have at this time of the year is Jesus is the reason for the season.

Do You Believe In Santa Claus? Is there even really a real person as Santa Claus? Interesting question isn’t it? So I decided to research this the history of Santa Claus. During my research of the history of Santa Claus I found out he is real. I put the links at the end of the post for you to look at and I have added a contact form for those who want to contact me by e-mail at the end of this post.

There comes a time as we all know that when you reach a certain age when you’re a kid, you either find out on your own that there is no Santa Claus or other kids tell you there is no Santa Claus. When a kid finds there is no Santa Claus it’s hard to tell how they will react. I remember my nieces kept telling their brother there is no Santa Claus. I proceeded to tell my nephew that there is a Santa Claus and I still believed in Santa Claus. Now my nephew is 15 years old and I don’t know what he believes now.

I learned at a very young age that Santa Claus is more than a big, fat man in a red suit with a white beard and red cap. When you hear Santa Claus isn’t real think about this, Santa Claus lives in all of us. You read right, Santa Claus lives in all of us and there really is a Santa Claus. Let me give you some examples and they are, people who work as a volunteer with animals, rescuing cats and dogs, fostering cats and dogs, supporting an organization that helps strangers and not being selfish at this time of year and all year round just to name a few.Β  So yes everyone there is a Santa Claus andΒ  Santa Claus is real.

I have done some research online and found some articles on the legend of Santa Claus. Below are the links:
