3 Seasons In One Day

COLOURS OF A RAINBOW ON MEMORIAL DAY IN THE EVENING OF 5-29-2017.

Friday was an interesting day weather wise. Here in my little town in the country here in Pennsylvania you can have anywhere from 3 to 4 seasons in one day if conditions are right.  Guess What? the conditions were right to get 3 seasons in one day.

First, we had spring weather where the sunshine was out and warming things then we had Summer where we got thunderstorms and wind and finally we had our third season of the day which was Fall where we got garden style rain. But that’s not all we got. We were blessed with a rainbow and partial double rainbow. I thought I would write a poem about yesterday’s seasonal events. Sorry about the pictures being so dark but I took them in the rain. The rainbow and start of the other rainbow were much brighter and more beautiful than the pictures show.

Enjoy The Poem I Wrote.

THREE SEASONS IN ONE DAY

POEM BY: CRYSTAL STEWART

WRITTEN ON: 4-28-2018

Friday we got three seasons in one day.

Our first season started when I awoke to

Birds singing and the sunshine providing a

Nice orange glow warming the sky so

I could work outside. Then in the

Early evening came our second season which

Was Summer, we got wind and thunderstorms

Then soon after the second season,

We had our third season which was Fall.

Our Fall season brought us wind and a

Garden style rain. However, while staying

Inside and off the computer due to  thunder,

I noticed something bright and beautiful outside.

It was a beautiful rainbow but at closer look,

I noticed another rainbow started over the

Full rainbow I saw. It was a double rainbow.

We were blessed with a beautiful double rainbow.

It was absolutely beautiful.
