No I’m not leaving WordPress. The last 3 months just have been busy and hectic. In May my nephew went to Trump Tower(not allowed inside), My first niece graduated college and entered the Doctorate Program at Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania and my fourth niece graduated highschool with distinctive honors. This was all over Mother’s Day Weekend. Below is a picture of the outside of Trump Tower.

WELCOME

Once again. Welcome to CRYSTAL AND DAISY MAE’S PHOTO-BLOGGING SITE. No we are not just a photo-blogging site but the site is about Animals, Photos, Blogging, Country Living, Family, Poetry And Much, Much More. I will be doing a book review on the book I won, SWEET BREATH of MEMORY by ARIELLA COHEN.

AUTHOR’S BOOK SYNOPSIS

With its tree-lined streets, vibrant downtown and curbside planters of spring bulbs, Amberley, Massachusetts, seems a good place for Cate Saunders to start over. It’s been two years since her husband, John, was killed in Iraq and life has been a struggle. Her new job as a caregiver doesn’t pay much, but the locals are welcoming. In fact, Cate has barely unpacked before she’s drawn–reluctantly at first—into a circle of friends.

There’s diner-owner Gaby, who nourishes her customers’ spirits as well as their bodies; feisty Beatrice, who kept the town going when its…

Interesting Question

DSCN0440

For those of you who can’t read what’s on the Bible Cover it says:

They that wait upon the Lord

shall renew their strength

they shall mount up with Wings as Eagles…

Is.40:31

Today I continued following some good blogs. Before I follow a blog I check out the title of the blog, The blog’s tagline, Some of the posts, Can I follow it from the WordPress Reader with a Follow Button and Etc… I have found some good blogs this way. Today was no different. I found a blog that had an interesting tagline. It provokes thinking and that’s good. What blog was that?  The blog I found today with the interesting tagline is Whosoever Will, May Come . The tagline that posed the interesting question went like this. It was Faithful Believers. Are There Any Left? This is a good tagline. I like it.

I would like to answer that question from the tagline on that blog. I realize our world is in a world of turmoil and just about everyone seems to be following Satan’s way not God’s way.  Well I have good news. There are a few Christians(AKA Faithful Believers) out there and we follow God one day at a time despite our troubles. This isn’t the only Christian blog out there are others.

I know you are not supposed to proud and haughty because it’s a sin. But the pride I have is because I can honestly say I’m a Christian and know where I’ll be going when I die. Do You?

I’m here if you want to talk because I’m a good listener. If you want to chat use the contact form for privacy.

DAISY MAE’S CAT QUOTES

DAISY MAE SHOWING OFF HER GREY AND WHITE BELLY. DAISY MAE AT 11 1/2 YEARS OLD.

 Happy Friday The 13th everyone.

Hello Everyone Daisy Mae here since Queen Mom Deputy Sister Crystal(Boy that’s a mouthful to say). Glad Queen Mom doesn’t make me say that all the time. Since the Queen Mom taught me to blog so I can take over when I’m needed. I had hoped that time wouldn’t come for a long, long time but sadly wouldn’t you know the Queen Mom came sooner than I hoped.  The Queen Mom came and asked me last month and of course I said I would help out by taking over.

Why isn’t the Queen Mom here you ask? She got sick a few months back and finally recovered then wouldn’t you know she gets sick again—BUMMERAMMA!! Enough about the Queen Mom and let’s get on with why I’m here. I’m here for DAISY MAE’S CAT QUOTES. YEAH!!!!  One more thing, Don’t be angry with the Queen Mom(AKA Sister Crystal) if she doesn’t get to visit your blog for a while. She’s sick so she has a good excuse. Please Give Her A Break. ENJOY!!

CAT QUOTES

The cat is the only animal which accepts the comforts but rejects the bondage of domesticity.

                                         Georges-Louis Leclerc,

                                                                     Comte de Buffon

I had been told that the training procedure with cats was difficult. It’s not. Mine had me trained in two days.

                                           Bill Dana

A cat has a reputation to protect. If it had a halo, it would be worn cocked to one side.

                                           Will Durant

One must love a cat on its own terms.

                                            Peter Gray

There is no snooze button on a cat who wants breakfast.

                                           Anonymous

The real measure of a day’s heat is the length of a sleeping cat.

                                             Charles J. Brady

As we all know, cats rule the world.

                                             John R.F. Breen

When my cats aren’t happy, I’m not happy. Not because I care about their mood but because I know they’re just sitting there thinking up ways to get even.

                                             Percy Bysshe Shelley

Cats are kindly masters, just so long as you remember your place.

                                             Paul Gray

A cat does not want all the world to love her—only those she has chosen to love.

                                             Helen Thompson

The last thing I would accuse a cat of is innocence.

                                             —Edward Paley

A cat is more intelligent than people believe and can be taught any crime.

                                             —Mark Twain

Nothing makes a house cozier than cats.

Join In The Fun! Join In The July 2018 Tea Party!

The Little Mermaid

“What better way to suggest friendliness – and to create it – than with a cup of tea?” -J. Grayson Luttrell

Aloha, charming WordPressers!

I’m delighted to announce you that The Little Mermaid is hosting her first ever monthly tea party on her website. What? A tea party? On WordPress? When? How? For whom? Alright..alright…take it easy. I’m coming on to your questions.

Classically, a ‘tea party’ makes one think of superiorly elegant and elaborate affairs of the Victorian times. It also conjures up images of fluffy scones, flavoursome muffins, Devonshire Cream and dainty sandwiches served on fine silver or deluxe bone china. Still, the elemental part of a tea party remains the affable exchange of dialogue among the invitees. Almost indistinguishably, the tea party that I am organizing is an online social event hosted in honour of bloggers, that is US! Blogging is most enjoyable when it is done…
