Hi Everyone, did you miss me? I’ve been sick since before Christmas so that’s one of the reasons I didn’t post. I got this neat Christmas gift. It’s called a No Sew Blanket with the design Snowman with the words Let It Snow. So what exactly is a No Sew Blanket? It’s a craft kit that comes with 2 blankets and you attempt to understand the directions(my definition). It took my youngest sister’s family to literally show me what to do because the directions weren’t clear—no surprise there. Below is a picture of the finished product.
If you celebrate Veterans Day, how do you celebrate? I celebrated Veterans Day by writing a poem thanking all Veteran’s and this Morning for the first time I watched my first naturalization ceremony coming live from Fox Square on Fox News. They swore in 12 new people who were becoming US Citizens. They said it was the first time they ever did a ceremony live. It was something to see. Although it did pose some questions after hearing the oath. You see the first thing you need to understand is all the people becoming US citizens today were in the service. The question I had here is how do you serve in service and you’re not a US citizen? Also, another question I had is everyone must show they know English unless exempt. Exempt??? Why would you need to be exempt knowing the English language if you’re becoming a US citizen and the US is now your loyalty? If you know please let me know. Thank You.
Hi and Welcome Everyone, I’ve been doing a lot thinking and soul searching. Then I thought you know I had a discussion with someone about Faith. We got to talking and this person said they never strayed from their faith. It didn’t click in at the time but after a while I got to thinking, if someone actually believes that and tells you they have never strayed from their faith well their is one thing you should know and that is they just strayed from their faith. Also you should know, everyone strays from their faith because there isn’t a perfect person on this earth. I wish you all the best.
Ever been challenged? Really challenged? I have. Whether you’ve been challenged in school, work, maybe you’ve started your own business or even better, you’ve written a book or books. No matter what your challenges are everyone has them. What do I mean? Well it’s quite simple actually. Life is one big challenge.
I don’t know about anyone else but I had challenges in school, work and now I purposely challenged myself to write a book just to see if I could. My result: I’ve written 1 book and have the second book written. After that, I’ll challenge myself to write a third book. As it happens my goal has gotten bigger to write my first book box set. I look forward to achieving this goal.
So if you have a dream and you think it’s to big to achieve or your dream will never happen. Think again because dreams only happen if you want them to. Don’t worry about how big your dream is just go for it and you’ll be surprised at what you can achieve.
Encouragement from friends and family helps and a lot of prayer. That’s right I said prayer. Do you know how many times I used prayer to write my books — a lot. Take in from me, Prayer helps big time. USE IT!!

—-Barbara L. Diamond
It is in their eyes that their magic resides.
The cat is domestic only as far as suits its own ends.
—-Saki (H.H. Munro)
The cat who doesn’t act finicky soon loses control of his owner.

A cat will show his love by ignoring you and then curling up next to you when you need it most.
A cat doesn’t know what it wants and wants more of it.
Essentially, you do not so much teach your cat as bribe him.
The way to keep a cat is to try to chase it away.
The eyes of a cat will wax and wane with the phases of the moon.
A cat, though independent, has a way of letting you know that without you life just wouldn’t be worthwhile.
It doesn’t do to be sentimental about cats; the best ones don’t respect you for it.
If you put down food and the cat eats, it’s hungry. If it doesn’t, it isn’t.
Most cats are not shy about letting their people know what they want.
Life is hard. Soften yours with a cat.
Experience is valuable in most human endeavors, but the problem of getting a cat down out of a tree is new every time it arises.
Who hath a better friend than a cat?
It is remarkable, in cats, that the outer life they reveal to their master is one of perpetual confident boredom.
—-Robley Wilson Jr.
A cat stretches from one end of my childhood to the other.
Cats have intercepted my footsteps at the ankle for so long that my gait, both home and on tour, has been compared to that of a man wading through low surf.
—-Roy Blount Jr.
The ideal of calm exists in a sitting cat.
Cats know not how to pardon.
—-Jean de la Fontaine
To respect the cat is the beginning of the aesthetic sense.
Were made of fur
And sun warmed you,
A cat doesn’t “roll” well with a change of someone else’s making.
If a cat did not put a firm paw down now and then, how could his human remain possessed?

This book is an excellent read. The book starts out about a young girl, the boss’s daughter and the boss’s daughter. The boss sends his daughter and the employee(young girl) to a ranch for a few days. The employee falls in love with a wrangler that works at the ranch. The boss’s daughter sees this and tries to get the wrangler interested in her. She fails miserably.
The employee had gone exploring finds a dog caught in a coyote trap. A wrangler named Garrett helps her get the dog out of the trap and they got the dog to the vet.
I won’t say to much more because I don’t want to giveaway the book. However, what I will tell you that this is a fantastic book. I loved it. Starts with an OH NO event and with the twists and turns of this book it made for very good reading. I recommend this book.
